Human-I-T works with companies and individuals to take their old or outdated electronics and turn them into opportunities for those left on the wrong side of the digital divide. They refurbish laptops and computers for distribution in local communities, as well as provide low-cost internet access, and digital literacy courses so everyone can take advantage of the benefits of the internet. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
While the organization had strong believes and values, their mission, vision, and elevator pitch was a challenge. The task was to take their complex business model and make it digestible for their wide range of audiences to understand holistically what they did, and how they could get involved.
