Media Cause Hires Agency Powerhouse Brad Blake as Chief Client Officer

BOSTON — Social impact and nonprofit marketing agency Media Cause has hired Brad Blake as Chief Client Officer in Boston.

Most recently, Brad was with ad agency Hill Holliday working on digital and social media strategy for Fortune 500 brands’ consumer and cause marketing programs, and leading internally on team training, management, and diversity, equity and inclusion. From 2007 to 2010, Brad had the privilege to work for the Massachusetts governor’s office, as the Director of New Media and Online Strategy.

“Brad Blake joining the Media Cause leadership team is a huge win for the agency and our clients. Being able to add someone of Brad’s caliber is a testament to the amazing team we’ve built over the last few years and the incredible work we’re doing to help mission-driven organizations create a greater impact. Brad’s experience in Governor Deval Patrick’s office as well as working with some of the world’s biggest brands will be very beneficial to our clients, we’re excited for the road ahead,” said Eric Facas, CEO.

“I’m incredibly grateful to be starting a new job with Media Cause. I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredible people and organizations, from my time running digital and social media at the Massachusetts Governor’s Office to leading digital strategy for a full-service marketing agency working with large, national brands on their consumer and cause marketing efforts,” said Brad. “This is an exciting, but challenging time for mission-driven organizations and companies who need to compete for peoples’ limited attention and ensure that they are as authentic and impactful as possible. I know the people at Media Cause are dedicated to doing smart, creative, strategic work for their clients who are doing good in the world, and I’m thrilled to be joining them in their mission.”
