Founded in 1982, Parenting Journey (PJ) originally supported families through direct service programs. In recent years, the organization evolved its model to focus on training family service professionals—those on the front lines with families every day—to lead Parenting Journey programs in their own communities.
Despite this shift, the organization’s visual identity and messaging still reflected its earlier direct-service model. The brand lacked alignment with its new role as a professional training institute and did not fully convey the expertise, thoughtfulness, and evidence-based nature of its programs. To support its strategic growth, Parenting Journey needed a refreshed brand that clearly communicated its identity, values, and impact.
