Inc 5000 2021 "we made the list"

Media Cause Honored on 2021 Inc. 5000 List

This week, Inc. magazine released their annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. For the 3rd time, Media Cause is honored to be listed on the Inc. 5000 fastest growing company list.

“About ten years ago, the founders of Media Cause were struck with the idea that marketers can do more to improve the world around them by amplifying the good others are already doing,” says Eric Facas, Media Cause CEO. “Today, as a full-service advertising and marketing agency serving nonprofits, Media Cause works with a wide variety of organizations covering all types of issues from healthcare to education to environmental, ranging in size from smaller community nonprofits like local Goodwill branches to large organizations like the United Nations. We have proven that it’s possible to grow a business by creating greater awareness of others’ social good causes.”

This past year has been a challenging one, but we are grateful for the impact we’ve made with our team and our clients.  As we continue to overcome obstacles and challenges, we will continue to work alongside our clients to help them achieve their missions. We’re looking forward to another successful year accelerating the growth and impact of organizations.

The Methodology

Companies on the 2021 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2017 to 2020. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2017. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2020. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2017 is $100,000; the minimum for 2020 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to three decimal places. There was one tie on this year’s Inc. 5000.  Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.’s September issue. They represent the top tier of the Inc. 5000, which can be found at http://www.inc.com/inc5000.
