Media Cause stepped up as a partner for iCivics at an incredibly important moment for our mission and growth. They provided high leverage strategic advice and got down in the trenches with us at the tactical level, which is something that very few firms do well. We are incredibly grateful for their support and collaboration.

iCivics is committed to providing high-quality, nonpartisan civic education opportunities for each new generation. iCivics works to inspire young people for informed civic engagement by providing interactive resources, educational games, and project-based curricula that teach fundamental principles of government, law, and civic responsibility. This approach to learning promotes a deeper understanding of democracy, providing a well-rounded education that prepares them for their roles in our self-governing society.
To help iCivics bring their refreshed brand to life across social platforms, we began with a deep audit of their Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X presence. Using competitor benchmarking, audience insights, and performance data, we identified opportunities to increase relevance, improve content strategy, and align messaging across channels.
Next, we detailed a strategy to grow engagement through a social-first, audience-centric means. We established platform-specific goals, evergreen messaging pillars, paid campaign strategies, influencer partnership recommendations, and visual brand alignment recommendations. We supported iCivics in implementing their strategy through ongoing management of their social channels which included:
By grounding iCivics’ social media in a clear, data-informed strategy and supporting the team with both execution and optimization, we were able to elevate their platforms into true drivers of engagement. The combination of audience-first content, platform-tailored creative, and responsive community management helped translate the organization’s refreshed brand into a more dynamic and trusted presence online. As a result, iCivics saw not just higher visibility, but deeper interaction with their core audiences, outcomes that directly fueled the significant quarter-over-quarter growth in engagement and page performance.
